I’m a self taught watercolorist. I became fascinated with the medium the first time I was introduced. I love the way it takes on a life of its own as it effortlessly moves across the paper.

I don’t try to control the medium, instead I let it control me. The watercolor lets me know when to interact and when it’s to be left alone. I respect  the unique beauty that the medium is capable of creating without me.

My art is often mysterious and a bit illusive. It’s because I strive to present an opportunity for my viewer to call on his or her own creative imagination to complete the details of my art.
